Peploe and Innes at The Scottish Gallery, 2021.

This was a lovely exhibition and I felt honoured to have been invited to show my contemporary plein air paintings to compliment the world class post-impressionist work of Peploe shown in the upper gallery. Both exhibitions were very well received and and I thank everyone who contributed to their success. 

Tutored Plein Air course in Dorset at Furleigh Estate Vineyard, dates to be confirmed.

Following the success of the sold out 2021 day course I will be running a two-day plein air drawing and painting course at the beautiful Furleigh Estate in Dorset. Including pastries and coffee on arrival, a delicious farmhouse lunch accompanied by Furleigh Estate wines and afternoon tea at the end of each day. Art materials will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer, all abilities welcome. dates to be confirmed.

We rent out our beautiful home in the Beaujolais as a large holiday house. Set on the edge of a small village with far reaching views it is becoming once again a haven of tranquility and breathtaking beauty. There are 8/9 bedrooms sleeping 15 guests. On the ground floor there are three principal rooms: kitchen, dining hall and drawing room with adjoining rooms including a walk-in stone vaulted wine cellar and games room. In addition there is L'Atelier, our studio flat in the courtyard, sleeping 4/5.

Outside there is a large garden with views over vineyards and rolling hills to the West and an 11m heated pool in its landscaped enclosure.

In the future I am hoping to organise residential landscape painting courses at Le Chateau.
